If an obvious pricing, typographical, product or technical error occurs, MobiGo may correct the error and, where necessary, contact the Customer before completing the transaction, subject to applicable law.

Submitting an Order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant Goods or Services.
An Order is subject to acceptance by MobiGo in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Trade. Payment, credit, freight, delivery, returns, title, risk and other trading matters are governed by MobiGo's Terms & Conditions of Trade and applicable customer policies.
